High speed metal coils cut to length line is generally used for jobs like uncoiling, straightening, measuring, cross-cutting to length and stacking of various materials such as cold or hot rolling carbon steel, tinplate, stainless steel, and other kinds of metal with coated surfaces. The machine main components include automatic decoiler (contains automatic loading system), feeding rollers, leveling rollers, post cutting device, hydraulic station and control computer.
The whole machine are controlled by the industrial PLC, which can gurantee the machine work automatically and precison of the final products. There is one set Omron brand encoder on the machine, it used for the measuring of the sheet length, when the length reached the length you set and then the encoder will send signal to the computer, and then computer will send signal to the cutter, and then cutter will cut automatic. This can gurantee the cutter cut the sheet at the right positation.

Our high speed metal coils cut to length line is a popular method of creating flat, rectangular blanks from larger metal coils. Also known as CTL Line, our machine will uncoil the larger material or master coil, straighten or flatten it, and then cut it to the required length as it moves through the line, and ultimately stack it into a bundle. Steel does not come off of a larger coil in a flat form. It needs to be stretched into flatness while on the CTL. Our machine uses roller leveling technology to stretch and compress the material.
