Fully automatic horizontal cartoning machine, automatic beverage carton packaging machine with hot melt glue machine
1. The automatic boxing machine integrates pneumatic, photoelectric and mechanical technologies. It is applicable to various packaging forms including blister packaging, bag packaging, bottle packaging, hose packaging, and soft AL/AL strip packaging.
2. The working process is as follows: Firstly, it transports products or items. Then, it transmits product instructions which can be automatically folded one to four times. Next, it automatically forms and conveys cartons, and simultaneously loads products and folded instructions into the carton.
3. Complex packaging processes such as printing batch numbers and sealing both ends of the paper tongue (either by folding in or spraying glue) are completed automatically.
4. This machine can be connected with other packaging machines to form a packaging production line.
