The electromagnetic flow meter is a kind of measuring instrument based on Faraday law of electromagnetic induction, our electromagnetic flow meter is suitable for measuring the volume flow of conducting liquid and slurry in pipeline, Such as water, sewage, slurry, pulp, all kinds of acid, alkali, salt, food slurry etc., Applicable to the petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, water supply and drainage, light industry, food industry etc.
Features:
1.The measurement can not be influenced by the change of fluid density,viscosity,temperature,pressure and conductivity;
2.No mechanical inertia,totally deal with digital quantity, quick response and high anti-interference,reliable measurement, high precision.
3.With the function of measuring two way flow, can show the positive and reverse flow, also have two way current and rate output, which is convenient for the record and store different flow signal;
4. Employ Teflon or rubber liner and different combination of electrode material.
5.Power supply AC220V, DC24V, 3.6V lithium battery.

When choose a magnetic flow meter generally should consider the following main items:
1. measuring fluid
The fluid conductivity should be more than 5µ/cm;
The fluid temperature should be below 180℃
2.instrument diameter
The instrument diameter is not always same with pipeline size, depending on flow rate.
Generally, if the velocity is in the range of 0.1~15m/s,flow meter diameter is same with pipeline size;
Velocity≤0.3m/s:consider the method of shrinking the pipe to raise the velocity;
Velocity≥15m/s:consider the method of expanding the pipe to reduce the velocity;
3.selection for integrated and split type
(1)integrated type: if the working condition is good, generally choose the integrate type, it means the sensor and converter is integrated.
(2)split type: sensor and converter is installed in different place generally for the following status:
ambient temperature or the converter surface raying temperature is more than 60℃;
flow meter is installed in the high place or inconvenient to see the local display;
strong pipeline vibration;
strong corrosion.
remark: when order the split type magnetic flow meter should note separation distance between
sensor and converter, generally should be less than 100m.
