HGM series micro powder grinding mill is a new type of mining equipment for making micro powders with three-ring rollers. So it can also be called HGM three-ring micro powder mill. It absorbs Sweden's advanced milling industry technology and is a newer milling equipment specially developed for ultra-fine powder processing users given the current domestic and foreign mill industry development trends and market demand.

What are the components of the HGM mill?
HGM series micro powder mill consists of a main mill, powder classifier, powder collector, dust collector, fan, muffler,
soundproof room, crusher, hoist, silo, feeder, and other parts.
How does the HGM mill work?
When HGM grinding mill is at work, the main bearing and each dial are driven by the electrical motor through the reducer, and all the grinding rollers are rolling in the ring channels driven by the dial through the plunger. The materials are driven to the edge of the turn plate by centrifugal force and fall into the grinding chambers. The high-pressure air blower constantly inhales air, and the airflow with crushed materials is brought to the classifier whose high-speed impeller will screen the airflow: the unqualified particle size will fall and return to the mill for being reground while the qualified particle size mixed with air will go into the cyclone powder collector. Most of the qualified powders will fall and exit from the discharging valve at the bottom; a small proportion of the fine powders with airflow move to the dust cleaner. The materials from the above two lots are sent by the conveyor to get the finished powders packed.
