Q3. How do you ensure your product and service quality?

All our processes strictly adhere to ISO-9001 procedures. And we have 12 months quality warranty against delivery date. If the product does not work properly as described, and the problem is proven to be caused by our factory, we will provide exchange services for the same specific item. Also, WEMAXPOWER staffs will always be there for you if anything needed.

Q4. If we don't find what we need on your website, what should we do? Do you make customize service as per customer's specific requirements?

Yes, we can provide bespoke service to customers with specific requirements. You can send the detailed requirements by email, we will check if we can develop them. We develop new models every month, and some of them may not yet be updated on our website. Or you can send us samples and we can develop the new models especially for you.

Q5. Can I buy 1 or 2 pieces of samples for testing before place bulk order?

Yes, we are pleased to send you samples to test the quality and performance. We are confident that once you get it in your hand, you will be very satisfied. Moreover, with our excellent service and competitive price, we believe that we will be your good choice for power supply solution.

Q6. How can I order and make payment?

Once clear your requirement and determined which product is ideal for you, we will send pro-forma invoice to you. You can pay via TT bank transfer, Western Union or PAYPAL as you like!

Q7. If we find your bank account different as before, how should we respond?

Please don't send the payment and double check with us before arrange payment.(Bank details will be listed in every piece of pro-forma invoice.)

Q8. What is your Minimum Order Quantity?

Different products have different MOQ, generally speaking, our MOQ is 1 set, please don't hesitate to check with us for specific items.

Q9. What about delivery date?

If we have stock of the item you need, we can send goods to you within 1-3 working days after receiving deposit or 100% payment into our bank account.

If we don't have free stock. The delivery date can be different for different products. Generally speaking, it will takes 1 to 4 weeks

Q10. What about shipping?

We can ship in small batches by way of air express or larger ones by the container, to save costs, you can either use your own assigned shipping agent or our cooperative forwarder. Please don't forget that we are located in the deepest sea port in China-Guangzhou Port, which means that we have the most convenient maritime transportation!
