1 High Precision Uncoiling Straightener
Feature:
1.1 Decoiler and straightener 2 in 1 style can save installation space, lower the transition procedure.
1.2 The Decoiler and straightener are controlled separately by two independent electricity boxes.
1.3 Straightener adopts the cardan joint and gear transmission.
1.4 The straightening gear adopts the dial indicator and is able to find out the leveling up point rapidly.

Aiming at the arrival of hi-tech industry, it is controlled by computer closed-circuit feed back system, so that the precision can maintain within 0.03mm.
2.2 Phase-style Feeding Function
It can input 20 groups of different feeding length, each group provides punching for 999 times to satisfy the processing and production of special products (option).
2.3 Manual Model
It can input 3 phases manual speed, which can let users operate more easily and feed material more accurately.
2.4 High-efficiency Release Device
It can set up release angle quickly, only match cam signal of and adjusted feed thickness can be done.
