Working Principle & Product Structure
The working principle of the magnetic separator is mainly based on the separation of magnetic substances.There is a magnet system installed inside the magnetic separator, which generates a strong magnetic field. When materials (such as mineral particles) pass through this magnetic field, the magnetic materials will be attracted by the magnetic field to form "magnetic clusters" or "magnetic links" and move along the magnetic lines of force. They are adsorbed on the cylinder of the magnetic separator or other magnetic collectors, while the non-magnetic substances are not affected by the magnetic field and continue to move along the original path. In this way, the magnetic substances are separated. This process can be achieved by changing the pole of the magnet. properties or adjust the magnetic field strength to control separation efficiency and concentrate quality.
