Ball mill

1. The meterial of the required particle size is unloaded into the large silo by the loader. This grinding solution adopts a closed-flow (circulation grinding) grinding process, that is, the mixed powder discharged from the ball mill first enters the powder selector for air separation, the fine ash directly enters the finished product bin, and the coarse ash returns to the ball mill for secondary grinding, forming a closed-loop grinding system. Although the investment in the circulation grinding system is relatively large, the product fineness (particle size ratio) is uniform, the quality is stable, and the output is much higher than that of the same model ball mill.

This solution adopts an independent dry pulse bag dust collector, and the ventilation duct and fine powder transportation are fully enclosed to prevent leakage and meet the production environmental protection requirements.
