Working Principle
Feeding slurry or other liquid into thickening zone from feeding zone. With suspended process in the thickening zone, big particle size will be discharged from the bottom outlet, because of settling velocity which overcomes water flow resistance. At the same time, small particle size minerals will flow up to the inclined tubes which are hexagonal thin-walled type. Accumulated to acertain amount of down under gravity to the settlement area, micro-fine will be overflowed. The process achieves the classification and thickening purpose.
