3. What is your MOQ ?

Usually our MOQ is 1000pcs.

The lower quantity can be negotiated for the trial order.

4. Can I get samples?

Sure. We will provide or custom the sample for our clients to checking quality before order. As our policy, the sample request a certain charge, which will be refunded when order is up to certain quantity.

5. How long is the sample lead time?

For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. And customized items usually takes 5-7 days.

6. How long is the production lead time?

It takes 15 to 20 working days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

7. Can my LOGO/Label be added on toys ?

YES, your logo/Label can be added on toys

8. How do your factory do regarding quality control?

We always attach great importance to quality controlling from raw material to shipping. We strictly follow CE(EN71,2,3), ASTM standards.  

9. What’s your package ?

Usually, our packing is 1pc in opp bag, some into a carton, carton size: 63*45*57cm.

Other packing (like color box for each toy) can be customized when the quantity is up to a certain quantity.
