HAK21 SERIES NC TURRET
HAK21 series NC Turret are upgrade products of LD4B series turrets, they features superior sealing performance, stiffness and optional bulit-in cooling,etc.
NOTE:
1. Confirm various parameters when choosing models of turret. Choose the number of stations according to quantity of part procedure and complicacy.
2. Choose tool specifications according to model of machine tool and cutting force. Choose the front type or rear type tool turret according to the cutting directions of the machine tool.
3. After the mounting of boring cutter seat of horizontal turret, Self-bore the inner hole according to the size of boring bar and make a corresponding mark. The tool should be fixed in the former position in the later mounting.
4. The distance tool reaching out of upper housing distance is usually not more than 2/3 upper housing size. Please note when placing an order,if more than the limit.
5. Touch by hand or other things is forbidden when turret is running to avoid injury or damage.
6. If customers have any special requirements or changes in parameters, please offer some data and contact with our company.

Step3:
After removing the flat-head screw at the lower left side of the turret, use a 6mm hexagon socket to turn it clockwise for more than twenty turns until the upper and lower tool bodies are at a 45-degree angle, exposing four mounting holes.
Before pulling the original wire out of the electrical cabinet, tie a thin rope to pull the new turret wire back after the old wire is pulled out.
Step5:
1. If the electrical cabinet is controlled by the knife control box as shown in the right picture, just plug it in.
2. If it is a terminal strip, you need to cut off the two plugs and connect them according to the original colors, that is, red +24V, yellow OV, white 1, blue 2, purple 3 orange 4, three black wires connected to 380V, and yellow and green wires connected to ground. If you hear the motor "click" when you change the knife for the first time, but the turret does not rotate, just replace any two black wires and change the wiring terminals.
