Introduction
The Lab Pulverising Mill ,also named by Pulverizer, is connected by two V-belts to the drive shaft and the motor shaft with a power of 2.2kW. This motor can provide more power for the grinder and extend the service life of the motor (because it is different from the traditional vibration Motor driven grinder). The new type of grinder is different from the traditional grinder.In addition to the standard size grinding kit and grinding bowl, it also adds 800cc, 1000cc, and 2000cc bowls. At the same time,three-head grinding unit and double-head grinding unit are optional.
The Pulveriser can reduce a wide range of mineral ores and aggregate samples to a particle size of 95% passing 75 micron in a standard 3 minute cycle. The capacity of the machine allows for a maximum sample weight of 1800gms and can be used in any laboratory.

Grinding of geological samples, minerals, metallographic samples, ceramic products, soil,mixtures, chemicals and similar particles. It can prepare more mineral samples for laboratory analysis at one time, and is suitable for laboratories such as geological prospecting, scientific research institutes, universities, and testing institutions.
Features
The grinding kit is fixed on the vibrating chassis through a quick locking device. The vibrating chassis and grinding kit make circular vibrating motion on the horizontal plane. The grinding piece located in the grinding tank generates considerable squeezing force, impact force and friction force through this vibrating motion and acts on the sample, so that the sample can be finely ground in a short time。
