YGMX seires raymond mill introduction

YGM-X raymond mill is a kind of new-type fine powder grinding mill upgraded from YGM raymond mill. It is one new type product with the international advanced technological level developed by our company by absorbing the domestic and overseas excellent technology and concept on the basis of the actual situation of customers and the experience of our researchers in the past 20 years. YGMX series raymond mill is widely used in the processing of non-metallic minerals, such as barite, gypsum, limestone, calcite, dolomite, potassium feldspar, calcium carbonate, marble, glass, talc, kaolin, bentonite, phosphate ore, manganese ore, iron ore, glass, ceramics, activated carbon, carbon black, etc in mining, building materials, chemical, metallurgy and other industries.

Features of YGMX raymond mill

1. Cage type cassifier with VFD. Equipped the new cage type impeller for classifier, adjust the speed freely by VFD, enlarge the output size range to 80-800 mesh(0.18mm-0.015mm).

2. The rotary boom installation structure of the classifier can avoid the resonance between the host and the classifier, reduce the vibration of the equipment, reduce the noise of operation, avoid the investment of lifting and maintenance tools, open maintenance operation, and increase the convenience of operation.

3. The grinding device adopts a superimposed multistage seal, prolonging the lubricating cycle

4. Spring-loaded device of high-pressure spring can make the grinding pressure of roller increasing to production increase production capacity.

5. The core parts adopt high performance wear-resistant alloy materials, whose wearing resistant is high in order to reach cost-savings.

YGMX raymond mill working principle

1. Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the required size, which is lifted up to the hopper.

2. Secondly, the raw material goes into the grinding chamber of YGM raymond mill machine through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder at an even rate.

3. Thirdly, the raw material lifted by the shovel is ground into powderbetween the ring and roller.

4. Fourthly, the powder is blown up to the cyclone collector through the cage type classifier, which will be collected through the discharging valve. The unqualified powde rejecterd the cage type classifier, will be reground into the needed powder.
