QLB series mobile asphalt mixing equipment is twin-shaft type asphalt equipment, with specific design of dryer drum and double shaft mixer, capacity range 10-80 ton per hour.
Characteristic of QLB series mobile asphalt mixing equipment
1.QLB series asphalt plant adopting modular design, easy for transportation, disassembly and installation.
2.QLB series asphalt plant easily expanded into mobile type, convenient for using in different working conditions.
3.The drum adopts gear drive, frequency conversion, positive and negative going motion, intermittent heating.
4.It’s double shaft mixing, batch production. Blade and lining board adopts high wear-resisting material, with long service life.
5.The standard configuration of QLB Mobile asphalt plant is cyclone filter. Optional: water dust filter or bag house collector.
