Q:How long will it take you to make a order of private label?
A: 30-45 days according to your quantity and item.
Q:How can we get the samples soonest?
A:You can E-mail,wetchat, WhatsApp, or call us for samples details,and give us your express account number(UPS,FedEx,DHL,TNT and so on),then we will make samples and send to you fast.
Q:Does Dr.Easy supply private label productions?
A: Yes,We are glad to develop our brand or your private labels.
Q:How to order our private label package?
A:You can order your private label package,but pls tell us your order quantity and your requirements,we will charge you printing mould fees. For example,we will charge you USD100.00 per each colour for plastic bags printing mould.
Q:What is the minimum order quantity and minimum order value for Private Label?
A:MOQ is 5000-1000000 units according to the production specification,or minimum order value is USD5,000.
Q:What is your payment term?
A:There are three payment terms:
1.T/T, 30-50% deposit,the balance by T/T within ten days after we send you B/L;
2.L/C at sight, only accept this term on big order.
3.D/P at sight or some days, which is only available for old and reliable customers..

Q:How to control the quality?
A: Dr. Easy has a QC team to control the quality according to ISO9001, GMPc 22716 and GMPc, our QC inspect all the materials when they get to our warehouse, and inspect every procedure of production, after production, our QC will do the sampling inspection again before shipment, so that we could sure all perfect when you get them.
Q: How can the products be sent to us?
A: If small order of online RTS products from alibaba, we send the goods to you through alibaba company, if big order or offline order, we will check the freight for you from shippping company and get your confirmation, or you book vessel at your side.
