Steaming and Cooking Area:

The material falls into the water and is stirred and rolled by the rolling water in the tank. During the rolling process, the egg is heated and then enters the next process.

Cooling zone:

After the egg products are transported to the cooling zone, they are cooled with room temperature water. The water in this cooling zone can be recycled or replaced regularly.

Crushing area:

After cooling, the eggs are subjected to shell breaking treatment by a shell breaking machine. The steel bars used in the shell breaking machine are welded into circles to form a drum shape. After the eggs are transported into the shell breaking machine, the drum rotates to drive the eggs to roll, and the collision between the eggs is used to achieve the purpose of shell breaking.

Shell stripping machine:

By driving the gear operation through the rotation of the motor, the sponge is mechanically driven to move up and down and the rubber tube rotates, generating friction to tear the shell of the quail egg from the surface, achieving the effect of removing the shell. It can be used in the processing industry of Soy egg, quail eggs and other snack foods, and white eggs.
