Yes,we can offer samples before the orders.
8. How long is the Production Lead Time?
Firstly it will depend on the details (quantity and material quality) of your order. For sample order and product in stock, we
usually ship within 7~15 days after we confirm the order detail. For mass production, we usually ship within 15~30 days depends on the quantity. For customized products production, we usually ship in 30~40 days. You can always contact our sales for a real time quote.
9. Can you give warranty of your products?
Yes, our warranty is 2 years without artificial damage. Our products usually last over 10 years due to our professional QC team, we are proud of our quality since each department we have professional QC teams.We would request detailed images of any problems or warranty claims - provided emails with detailed pictures are sent,we will dispatch replacements at our cost to repair the products or alternatively supply replacements in subsequent orders. Yes. We can send you the fabric sample by DHL in 24 hours after you confirmed.
16. Can you do the designs for us(ODM)?
Yes. We have a professional team with full experience in products design and manufacturing. Also we can manufacture the products with your design. Please send us vectorgraph including PDF, CDR, AI, PSD, etc. ( no less than 1500dpi, and the higher, the better)
17. Can you do the product test for us ?
Yes, we can help arrange the test, but you have to pay the extra test fees, please provide details of the tests before placing the order, and we will put the test fees in the order.
