1, I’m interested in having a luggage cover manufactured. Can I customize the design and have my logo printed on it?
Yes, definitely. We mainly manufacture according to our customer’s specific instructions and designs. You can basically define everything including Apron size, color, features and logo etc., and we can manufacture your apron based on our fully customized instructions.
2, Can I get an apron sample before placing the order?
Yes, we can send a sample for you to inspect. In fact, we always suggest making a sample for approval before moving forward with production. We think this is a good way to ensure everybody is on the same page, and we trust it will also avoid misunderstanding.
3, What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
As our production lines are designed for mass production, to achieve production efficiency and to be cost effective, we have set a MOQ, which is from 500-1,000pcs per style.
Based on our experience, at this quantity, we can offer the most competitive prices to our customers, and this would also avoid many material surcharges which would drive the overall cost up.
4, What are the steps from development to order?
First, we need to receive your apron design ideas. If possible, detailed artwork is preferred because we can then fully understand what you are looking for. We will then review your instructions and comment back. We will try to provide a quotation at this stage. If you feel that the price is within acceptable range, we can proceed with the sampling stage.
Upon completion, we will send the proto sample to you and provide a quotation. If there is any comment, or if there are any adjustment needs to be made, we can continue to work together until we are ready for order placement.
5, What other products can HIGO manufacture?
We are capable of producing a wide range of products from small makeup pouch to heavy-duty tactical armor. We mostly do school bag, backpack, laptop bags, travelling bag, diaper bag, handbag, tote bag, cooler bag, wallet, luggage cover, suitcase cover etc.
