Products Description
Metal Perforated Plate corrugated packing is made of perforated plate with channel corrugation on surface, and remains structure feature of metal wire gauze packing. It strengthens uniform liquid distribution and surface wetting ability, which increases mass transfer efficiency.
Material: AISI304, AISI304L, AISI316, AISI316L, carbon steel, etc.

1.Surface areas: 250 m2/m3, 500 m2/m3, 750m2/m3, 1000m2/m3, 1200m2/m3 etc.
Feature:
1.Its high mass transfer surface area is suitable for close boiling components distillation due to shorter columns.
2.Its structured arrangement ensures no channeling of liquid and requires minimum liquid redistribution.
3.Due to its very low pressure drop, it is recommended for vacuum distillation systems.
4.It has higher vapour load capacity as compared to random packing and trays.
5.It provides low liquid hold-up.
