Q1: Are you the factory?
Yes.we are factory and we have our 5 production lines and Metal Workshop of which we can control any things by ourselves.
Q2: Can I have a sample order for the products?
Yes, we welcome sample order for testing and quality inspection
Q3. How to proceed an order?
A:Firstly, let us know your reauirements or application. Secondly, we quote according to your requirements and quantities. Thirdly, production is arranged after sample approved and deposit received.
Q4. What about the lead time?
A:Sampling time is 5-7days and lead time of mass production is 15-30 days depending on order quantity.
Q5.How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A:For samples we usually ship by DHL,UPS ,FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. For mass production, we normally ship by sea.
