Working Principle
The raw mineral material is first separated into two parts by a grid with a certain inclination angle installed on the upper part of the raw material silo. The large pieces of material are filtered out and fall to the ground along the inclination direction of the grid. The small pieces of material enter the raw material silo and then enter the screen drum in turn. The high-pressure water in the water pipe located at the top of the frame flushes the material in the screen drum throughout the whole process. At the same time, the main motor drives the screen drum to rotate through the chain drive.The material particles in the screen drum follow the rotation of the screen drum to a certain height. Under the flushing action of the dead weight and high-pressure water force, they are thrown onto the screen surface for screening, and the flushing and screening processes are realized at the same time. The screened materials flow into the gold selection chute. The gold particles with a large specific gravity are collected on the gold selection chute, while the mud and sand particles with a small specific gravity are carried away by the water flow.
