VTM series vertical spiral stirring mill (also known as tower mill) is an efficient ultra-fine grinding equipment, has been widely used in gold ore, silver ore, molybdenum ore, lead and zinc ore, manganese ore, iron ore and nickel ore mill fine grinding or regrinding operations, has played a good effect.
The vertical spiral stirring mill can be used for grinding and leaching at the same time.

The screw blade rotates at a low speed, which agitates the raw materials, grinding balls and water inside the tower mill. Under the impact of centrifugal force, gravity force and friction force, the grinding media and raw materials form an orderly movement cycle. On the macro level, all the forces that impact on the raw materials are equal. The raw materials go upward when moving inside the screw blade, and fall downward when moving outside the screw blade. On the micro level, the force differential of raw materials causes motion speed difference; under the impact of breaking force and micro cutting force, the raw materials extrude and grind each other strongly. In the end, qualified materials are being classified inside the mill body, go upward by conveying media, and at last, being discharged from the upper body of tower mill.
