PUR profile hot melt glue wrapping machine is suitable for coating PVC and decorative paint paper on the surfaces of various moulding profile lines such as wood, wooden grilles, aluminum-plastic profiles, and foam materials.
Instead of the traditional paint process, PUR wrapping machine is widely used for surface covering operations such as door frame, skirtings, gussets, curtain rods, window sills,aluminum alloy doors and windows, and photo frames.

Glue wrapping coating machines are generally divided into two types: cold glue wrapping and hot glue wrapping.
1. The PUR cold glue profile wrapping coating machine uses liquid glue. Liquid glue can be divided into solvent glue and water-based glue.There are two kinds of glue coating methods: Scratch coating and roller coating. The volatile solvent glue is applied by scraping,and the glue box is easy to seal to prevent the volatilization of the coating glue. Water-based adhesives and solvent-basedadhesives with low volatility are generally applied by rollers, which are easy to operate.
2. The PUR hot glue profile wrapping coating machine uses solid glue, which is heated and melted in the hot glue box of the coating machine.
Generally, the heating temperature of the coating glue is about 220 °C. Suitable for sticking all kinds of special-shaped and decorative paint paper.
PUR hot glue wrapping coating machine adopts the Worm and Gear's transmission system, the turbine base is machined by gantry planing, and the precision is stable and the operation is stable.
