About the RICHI Animal Feed Pellet Press:
RICHI SLZH-Series Animal Feed Pellet Press is a ring die mould large-capacity feed making pellet machine designed, developed and manufactured by RICHI Machinery.
The capacities of different models range from 1T/H to 40T/H to meet different needs. The core part is made of stainless steel and special alloy steel to ensure the durability and corrosion resistance of the machine. The motor adopts Siemens motor and has long service life. The ring die design is reasonable, the material is discharged quickly, there is no clogging, the pellets are formed to a high degree, and the feed quality is high.

Versatility of RICHI Animal Feed Pellet Press:
RICHI continuously improves machines to meet different needs. By adjusting the number of layers of the conditioner and the pelletizing chamber as well as the structure of the pressure roller and ring die, the Animal Feed Pellet Press can produce all animal feed types except floating fish feed. Such as various poultry feeds, livestock feeds, ruminant feeds, shrimp feeds, shrimp feeds, etc.
Customized Pellet Specifications:
RICHI Animal Feed Pellet Press can control the length and diameter of the produced pellets by changing the ring die and adjusting the cutter length. This allows it to produce feed in various specifications to meet the feed size requirements of different animals at different growth stages.
Production Safety:
RICHI Animal Feed Pellet Press is equipped with a pelleting chamber opening detection and emergency stop device to ensure safe operation.
Power System:
The main motor of RICHI Animal Feed Pellet Press adopts Siemens motor. According to different models of pellet machine, motors with different specifications from 22Kw to 355Kw are used. The motors of the feeder and conditioner adopt variable frequency motors to achieve load balancing and maximize efficiency.
