Laboratory sealed sample pulverizer is a small grinding machine for grinding the ore material samples into powder, which has been widely used in the laboratory of the geology, mining, metallurgy, coal, power, chemistry and building industries, for the none pollution sample testing. The sample pulverizer gets an "automatic dust proof" and a "bowl anti-loose" device, which provide the machine advantages of low noise, no dust, and easy operation. The machine adapt high frequency vibrating grinding method to make the powder fine and event, no need screening and shrinking, prevent sample mixing.

It is vibration milling type, materials feed into the pot, high speed spinning crushingring and hammer will grind the material ready within 1-5 minutes.The input materials should be brittle, and dry, out put size is between 80-200 mesh, if require even finer size, the machine can be designed according special requirement.

Operation and maintenance
1. Put the impact ring and impact block into the impact seat, the material sample to be processed into the gap of the impact seat, the amount of material inside and outside the impact ring should be uniform, and the gland should be installed. The rubber ring should be padded on the joint surface of the gland and the impact seat to ensure the sealing. 3. Fasten the compression device. 4. Cut off the power supply, after the motor is stopped, open the pressing device, lift the gland, take out the impact seat, pour out the particle size of the sample that is processed and crushed from the seat, the particle size is generally 120-200 mesh, 300 mesh, 400 mesh, etc., can not be screened, directly bagged and sent to the laboratory. 5.The machine should be installed in a clean and dry place without corrosive gas, generally can not lay the foundation, but to be placed smoothly, such as the rubber plate under the base can reduce the vibration and noise during work. Remove the rubber legs if you need to lay the foundation. The user is equipped with a three-phase AC 380V/15A(220V/15A) knife switch, plug and socket, the knife switch should be installed 2-3 meters away from the machine, the wiring should be safe and reliable, must use a four-core cable and connect the ground. 6. Before the pressing device is not fastened properly, no power is allowed to run, and the motor is not allowed to release the pressing device without stopping. 7. The sample must be dry, if wet may be stuck in the impact seat, not easy to pour clean, the weight and particle size of each processing sample can not exceed the specified weight and particle size, it must be ensured that there is an appropriate gap between the impact ring and the impact block after loading, so that the working conditions of the motor impact each other after rotation, not due to the material, the particle size is large and stuck, after each sample preparation, The crushing device and pressing parts should be clean.
