MTW Raymond Mill introduction

The trapezoidal mill (MTW Grinding Mill) is a new type of mill designed based on the high-pressure suspension roller mill. At present, the trapezoidal mill is mainly used in mining, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy, coal, and other industries to grind non-flammable and explosive mineral materials with a Mohs hardness below 9.3 and a humidity below 6%. It can be adjusted arbitrarily between 30-400 mesh.

MTW Raymond Mill working principle

The overall milling principle is the same as that of a traditional Raymond mill.
The central shaft is driven by the reducer to rotate. The upper end of the shaft is connected to a plum blossom frame. The grinding roller device is installed on the frame and forms a swing fulcrum. The grinding roller device not only rotates around the central axis, but the grinding roller itself rotates due to friction. Closely following the revolution of the grinding ring, the lower end of the plum blossom frame is equipped with a shovel system. The shovel throws up the material and feeds it between the grinding rollers and the grinding rings to form a cushion layer. This layer of material is subject to the outward centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the grinding roller ( That is, the extrusion force) crushes the material, thereby achieving the purpose of milling.
