Descriptions of Screw Conveyor
1. Screw conveyor is the main unit of mechanized transportation work in all sectors of industry and agriculture, which can reduce the labor intensity, improve work efficiency and wide application range.
2. Applicable to various industries, such as building materials, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, grain, etc., suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying of powdery, granular and small block materials, such as coal, ash, slag, cement, grain, etc. The material temperature is less than 200 °C.
3. This machine is used for conveying materials horizontally, obliquely or shortly.
4. It has the function of mixing at the same time of conveying, and can feed and discharge at multiple points.
Note: The screw machine is not suitable for conveying materials that are prone to deterioration, viscous and easy to agglomerate.
Working Principles of Inclined Screw Conveyor
1. The former case is a round tube, and the centrifugal force generated by the spiral belt animal material rotating at high speed pushes the material toward the pipe wall and is then pushed upward by the blade.
2. Its lifting height is within 20 meters. The latter casing is also a circular tube.
3. The inside of the tube is provided with blades along the inner spiral line.
4. The casing is supported on the roller for low speed rotation, and the material moves forward along the blade, and the loading and discharging are performed at both ends. It can convey materials slightly tilted without jamming
