Aluminum Foil Plastic Film Craft Paper Roll Slitter and Rewinder Machine
Application:
This machine can slit wider roll into narrow roll, suitable for material like bopp, pet,
pe, pvc, cpp, nylon, non woven, aluminum foil etc.
Feature:
1. Unwind air shaft is controlled by magnetic powder brake(Unwind shaftless is optional)
2. Two rewind air shafts is controlled by two magnetic powder clutch(Double servo motor control is optional)
3. Two rewind shaft surface rolling type, pressing tightly on big mirror roller
4. Whole machine is PLC control, unwind and rewind tension is automatically controlled
5. Unwind ultrasonic EPC device
6. Unwind pneumatic loading, when the roll is heavy, we can use hydraulic loading
7. Main motor servo motor
8. It is equipped with razor blade for slitting plastic film, circular blade for slitting paper,non woven.
9. The machine is installed with a blower to blow the waste edge away
