Laminated Glass for Swimming Pools
Dayang manufactures laminated glass using high-quality adhesive inter layers and advanced bonding technology. Tempered laminated glass is produced by adhering two or more pieces of tempered glass together with inter layer films such as PVB/SGP/EVA. In the event of being struck or dropped, the inter layer film will continue to hold the glass pieces together.
Tempered/Toughened Laminated Glass is made by using two or more pieces of tempered glass and an adhesive inter layer. The two pieces of glass are bonded together using advanced technology. After a PVB inter layer is placed between the glass sheets, the entire assembly is subjected to heat and pressure. This results in complete adhesion between the vinyl and the glass. In case of breakage, the glass fragments remain bonded to the plastic inter layer.

Extremely high safety: PVB laminated glass resists penetration from impacts. Even if the glass cracks, splinters will adhere to the inter layer and not scatter.

The laminated glass lamination room must be insulated, airtight, and dust-free. Strictly control the temperature and humidity. The temperature should be in the range of 20 ± 5°C, the humidity should be in the range of 22 - 28%, and the limit humidity should be ≤ 32%.
