Installation Instructions
NOTES
1. As the WPC material itself have a relatively large density. Using automatic screw in the position.
2. The require of fixation joist: the installation of face should flat, no potholes and the joist spacing is 30cm.
3. For covering the large area of floor, recommend to use the way of installation as the picture the length of each piece of decking should leave space.
4. For the covering of bend floor, after cutting the two ends of each piece of decking which is according to the end of length and angle
5. For covering the step floor, sun angle for the step proposed to use metal straps to protect
6.Avoiding heavy collision when you use,in the process of material storage, tranportation installation. please note that proper handling and avoid damage.
7.Cleaning: using sodium hypochlorite containing detergent and cleaning agent to clear contamination which is caused by jam, fallen leaves dust, mold. Using degreasing agent containing cleaned cleaner to clean the contamination caused by the oil and grease, also can be polished out by using fine sandpaper oil pollution polished area is the same as installed in the WPC profile.
Step1
1. lt requires the installation of flat face, no potholes and the joists spacing is 30cm.
2. In the basis of the laying floor, using the impact drill to make holes, and the hole size is about 7mm. Put the plastic inflation tube into the hole which has been impacted by the drill, the expansion pipe can not be exposed.
3. Fixed the joists: using the screws to fix the joists and the screws can't exceed the surface of joists.
Step2
To do some preparations before installing the first floor. The first floor is the base of installation of the other floors.Using the screws to fix the starting buckle onto the joist.The sta-rting buckle needs to be installed on the joist,so that it will have a fixed effect and prevent it from falling off;
Step3
After completing the initial buckle installation, gently push the first decking into the start buckle
lf you encounter obstacles, please stop and check carefully. The gap of the buckles matches the thickness of the floor. Using plastic or stainless clips: one clip for one joist.and then using the screws to lead the hole on the clips to help stainless stell screws access easily, mean while clips in a state of semi-loose

Insert the next decking after installed the clips

After tighting the first clips,to install clips on the next piece of flooring.also in a semi-loose condition following this steps of installation to the end. The last floor fixed with a stainless stell screw.
Step6
After complete the floor, begin to install edge banding,which can protect the edge of the floor and beautify it. As shown on the package side.screws head should lower than the package side surface.
