Stainless Steel Grease Trap is used in restaurants, kitchens, institutions and other type of food processing areas where fat, oil and grease drains with waste water. It filter the remaining fats of laundry in the bowl. The goal is to separate the meat fats before entering the final sewer pipe. If not use this grease trap and directly into the pipe exhaust hole, this is very dangerous and fatal, the remaining fat will clot and clog the pipe discharge stream.

Installation Instruction
1. Ensure the installation position is level.
2. Adjust the direction of water inlet & outlet and the oil tank according to actual installing position.
3. Connect wast water to the inlet of grease trap.
4. Connect the grease trap outlet and flush value to drainage system.
Operation Instruction
1. Empty and clean the strain basket everyday.
2. Check and empty the grease trap usually whenever it is full.
3. Check the outlet periodically and clean it with a small brush.
