2. Q: I can't find the product on your catalogue, can you make this product for me?
A: Ourcatalogue shows most of our products, but not all. Just let us know what product do you need, and how many do you want. If we donot have it, we can also design and make a new mould to produce it. For your reference, making an ordinary mould will take about35-45 days.
3. Q: Can you provide a sample? Are these samples free?
A: Yes, we provide 5-10 pcs connector free samples for test.But you have to pay for the shipping cost
4. Q: What about your delivery time?
A: The stock goods delivery within 1 day,customized goods delivery within 5-7days
5. Q: How to ship my order?
A: For small package, send it by Express, such as DHL, FedEx,UPS, TNT, EMS. That's Door-to-Door service. For big packages, can send them by Air or by sea. We use standard export carton. Wewill be responsible to any product damage caused on delivery.

A: Yes. We made a lot of customized
products for our customers formerly (mainly wire harness). About customized packing, there is no problem for we put your Logo orother information on the packing. Just have to point out that, it will cause some additional cost.
