Fabric supply system: feeding fabric by rubber roller clamping. no indentaion. no wrinkle, no deviation;
Tension system: double-end high-precision gear and rack transmission to keep fabric smooth, stable
and accurate.
Position system: High accurate magnetic raster. It is stain-resistant, long-life. free maintenance. high precision.
Patent System 1: Automatic up & down system to collect waste ink. one button to control up & down to change fabric, then no dyed cloth any more. Meanwhile. itelligent negative splashing ink pumping system reduces waste ink flying.
Patent Systerm 2: fabric guide roll with up & down systerm inside of colour curing device to control
curing time accurately, the fabric will not be burnt when machine stops. The color curing is uniform. It is
easy to load fabric. Also. curing chamber is sealed, no smoke leakage.
Patent System 3: Fume extracting syslem, complelely smoke free processing inside, no any smell,
