Hanging type cooling tower fills description:
With cooling towers, fill selection is a critical aspect in this regard. High efficiency film fill may seem the most desirable option. However, if poor water quality causes this fill to rapidly foul and plug, it may incur excessive maintenance costs.
CF1220mm pvc fill is a hanging film type cooling tower fill, which spreads the water into a thin film.
When doing installation, sheet A and sheet B(male and female) are assembled one after another with industrial glue. Sheet solid by adjoining all cones on the fill sheets to create an interference fit, thus attaching the loose sheets together into module. Then the assembled block will be hung into the cooling tower.
