Separation: During welding or grinding on the work table surface, a large amount of smoke, dust, sparks and large metal particles will be generated. The unique design allows large metal particles to automatically fall into the ash drawer along the ash guide plate due to their own weight; while some fine smoke, dust, and sparks are captured by the high-pressure airflow at the air inlet and enter the filtration system. The filtration system is a two-stage filtration system. Sparks and some small particles are blocked by fire-retardant plates to avoid damage to the filter element; while smoke and dust pass through the flame-retardant plate and are adsorbed on the surface of the filter element, and clean air is discharged through the fan along with the high-pressure airflow.
Cleaning: When dust is continuously deposited on the surface of the filter element, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter element also increases continuously. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value (1200-1500Pa), the pulse valve controlling the compressed air opens, and the oil-free and dry compressed air flows into the back-blowing cleaning system through the air pipe. The high-pressure airflow through the pulse cleaning mechanism is instantly sprayed to the inner surface of the filter element, blowing down the dust particles deposited on the outer surface of the filter element. The dust is separated from the surface of the filter element by the downward force of the airflow, and falls into the dust collecting box under the action of gravity, thereby removing the dust on the entire surface of the filter element.

Usage and operation method:
During the production process, some fine smoke, dust and sparks will enter the filter system from the air intake port, and the sparks will be blocked by the fire retardant board to avoid damage to the filter element; smoke and dust will be filtered by the filter element and adsorbed on the surface of the filter element, while clean air enters the fan air intake port and is discharged from the fan air outlet; because this equipment has an automatic dust cleaning device, after the filter element has been used for a certain period of time, a lot of dust will be adsorbed on the surface of the filter element, which will reduce the air intake of the equipment. In order to keep the equipment in a good working condition, when the fan is started, it will automatically backflush, or the automatic backflush button on the control panel can be started for backflush, so as to achieve the purpose of removing dust from the surface of the filter element. The fallen dust falls into the drawer along the ash guide plate. As the dust increases, the dust in the collection drawer should also be cleaned regularly.
