Working Principle
Principle:
Through the force of the fan, the welding smoke and exhaust gas are sucked into the air inlet of the equipment through the universal dust suction cover.
The air inlet of the equipment is provided with a flame arrester, the spark is blocked by the flame arrester, the dust gas enters the settling chamber, and the gravity and updraft are used.
First of all, the coarse dust is directly lowered to the ash hopper, the particulate dust is captured by the filter core on the outer surface, the clean gas is filtered and purified by the filter core, and the clean air is further purified by the activated carbon filter and discharged by the outlet according to the standard.
