HR series two-stage piston push centrifuge use conditions:
It is suitable for separating suspensions with solid particles greater than 0.1mm and a concentration greater than 40%.
Suitable for chemical, light industry, food, pharmaceutical and other industries; especially sodium chloride, ammonium chloride, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium sulfate, urea, caffeine, polyethylene, polystyrene, adipic acid, ammonium nitrate produce.
HR series centrifuge is a filter centrifuge with continuous feeding and intermittent discharge of the separated filter cake. The centrifuge can continuously carry out feeding, washing, separation and unloading operations at full speed.
It has the following distinctive features:
1. Continuous operation, large production capacity and stable operation.
2. The separation factor is high, the material can be fully dehydrated in the primary and secondary drums, and the moisture content of the filter cake is very low.
3. When the purity of the solid product is required, it can be effectively washed, and the washing liquid and mother liquor can be discharged separately.
