Pilot Ball-Rod Mill/ Continuous Ball-Rod Mill is used in wet grinding circuit in mini flotation plant or determining grindability index.It can also be used for wet continuous grinding of material in construction material or chemical section. Continuous Ball-Rod mill is mainly consists of the feeding part, grinding part, discharging part, classification part and conveying part.

Product Working Pricinple
Working Principle 1.Feeding Part Consist of a disc feeder and volute feeder.The material is fed to the volute feeder evenly and continuously by the disc feeder, and then the material is fed to the grinding cylinder with water by the volute feeder.The feed quantity is regulated by rotating the adjusting nut at the lower part of ore bin or change the battle plate of disc feeder to angle.The volute feeder directly transport the raw material and coarse sand from the spiral classifier to inside of the grinding cylinder. 2.Grinding Part The grinding part is a Φ200×240 cylinder with a complete set of corrugated manganese steel liner. The drum is supported by sleeve bearing and two pairs of rollers,and is driven by the motor and gear transmission system. One end of the cylinder is connected to the volute feeder, the other end is overflow discharge port. The discharge port end has a baffle plate.The baffle plate can stop the steel balls and rods going out,it also has the function of grate plate. 3.Discharging Part The ground product is discharged overflow from the discharging end. When in closed grinding circuit, the material will flow into the spiral separator through the discharging chute automatically. There is a hose is connected to the upper end of discharge chute.The quantity of water can be regulated by the valve. When in open grinding circuit, the discharging chute shall be disassembled and the round material collecting cover shall be mounted(accessories with the machine). 4.Classification Part The classification part is a φ75×800mm spiral classifier. Make use of the inlet hole of discharging chute as one support end, the whole spiral classifier can be turned to a certain degree of angle to achieve different inclination requirements.The inclination angle can be regulated from 16 to 22 degree.The other end is supported by screw rod.The inclination angle can be regulated by turning the hand wheel, so as to control the quantity of return sand and overflow fineness. 5.Conveying Part The conveying part is a φ55×300mm screw conveyor. The function of this screw conveyor is to feed the coarse sand from the spiral classifier to the volute feeder, so continuous grinding is realized. The above parts together with the driving system, water supply system and electric cabinet are all mounted on structural base.
