We mostly accept order on Advance Payment but we also accept C.A.D Payment Terms.

All standard items in-stock are shipped immediately upon receipt of confirmation of
payment in our bank, however custom-made orders do take time as per volume and size of order.
All Orders can be made through 'By Air, By Sea, DHL, UPS, By Air POST Registered Mail.

» WARRANTY

We 100% take guarantee of all products made in our factory and will replace any items which are in some way defective in craftsmanship or materials. You may return it within 30 days of receiving it in its original packaging and condition for replacement. However, we cannot replace exchange or refund any custom made orders for which wrong details are provided initially by the clients. For instance, wrong spelling details, measurement etc.

» SAMPLES

We have a set quota of samples to dispatch and we don't send free of cost samples to all the companies, however, of regular customers they can ask for any item as free of cost sample prior to proceed with order.
