Dairy products contamination with Aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) is an important problem worldwide especially for developing countries, and especially for children and infants, who are more susceptible than adults. The test strip was used to detect the contamination of milk samples with Aflatoxin M1 molecules.

Experimental Preparation:
All reagents and samples should be allowed to come to room temperature before use.
Operation steps:
1. Open the vial, take out the microwells, and break off the required number of microwells.

Put the remaining reagent back into the vial and immediately cover the vial cap to prevent the reagent from getting wet. 2. Dispense 200μL milk into the microwell, mix well with pipette, and react at 40℃ for 3 minutes. 3. Take out the required quantity of strips, cover the vial cap, and mark one end of the absorbent paper on the test strip. 4. Insert the end of the sample pad of the strip into the microwell and react for 5 minutes at 40℃. 5.Scrape off the sample pad of the strip and read the result within 2 minutes (the results are invalid after 2 minutes).
Precautions:
1. Do not mix different batches of test strips and micropores.
2. It is recommended to wear clean disposable gloves for operation.
3. Retest the positive test results.
4. The reagent barrel shall be used up within 1 week after opening, and the unused reagent shall be stored at 2 ~ 8 ℃.
5. This product is only used for preliminary screening.
