We offer single direct drive PMSM motors as well as advanced X-in-1 integrated systems with MCU, gearbox, OBC, DCDC and PDU.
For urban delivery, this design strategically optimizes vehicle layout sapce and creates extra room for efficient cargo storage.
For passenger transportation, it provides a spacious and comfortable interior for an enhanced and enjoyable driving experience.
Highly Integrated Electric Powertrain Unit Design
- The motor shaft and input shaft of gearbox designed as one shaft to improve NVH.
- No spline, no backlash, no spline wear, no noise at torque reversal.
- Eliminated spine and bearing between motor and gearbox to improve efficiency.
- Optimized and improved shaft and system deformations and gear misalignment.
- Fewer bearings and components with light weight and short axial length design.
- Motor’s front cover and gearbox’s housing are merged into a single part.
- Reduced mass and size and lower cost.
- No assembly of motor and gearbox at customer site to avoid the process failures.
