Working Principle
In the upper discharge filter centrifuge, the material to be separated enters the high-speed rotating centrifuge drum through the feed pipe. Under the action of the centrifuge force field, the material is filtered through the filter cloth (filter screen), the liquid is discharged through the outlet pipe, and the solid is retained in the drum. When the filter cake in the drum reaches the specified loading amount of the machine, stop loading, wash the filter cake, filter out the washing liquid at the same time, and stop the machine after meeting the separation requirements, The filter cake is unloaded manually.
