Inflatable Flotation machine application
The mineral flotation machine is widely used in copper, lead, zinc, molybdenum, nickel, gold and other non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and non-metallic mineral roughing, selection and reverse flotation operation.
XCF flotation machine is based on the latest developments of the flotation kinetics and long-term industrial. This flotation is applicable for roughing, scavenging, selection.
Using of the combination of XCF flotation machines, the pulp is fed to the feeding box, then the pulp is suctioned to the XCF flotation by feeding pipe, next through another XCF flotation machine and the tailings box or intermediate box.
The slurry flow is controlled by the gate in the middle box or conical valve in the tailings box. Foam chute along the flotation machine longitudinal bracket on one side or both sides of the flotation machine.
Inflatable Flotation machine working principle:
This machine mainly composed of barrel, impeller shaft parts and foam scraping board, transmission device, feeder trough, aggregate box etc.
It consists of two (or more) flotation machine cell form a unit, the first cell (with inlet slurry pipe) is the suction tank; the second cell is dc groove, between two cells have the intermediate chamber. The impeller is installed on the bottom of spindle; the spindle upper is belt pulley, with motor drives the rotation. Air by intake tube to inhale, each group flotation cell pulp level has a gate to adjust. Above the impeller install cover plate and air cylinder (also called a standpipe), air tube with hole was used to install the inlet slurry pipe, the middlings recurrent canal or as pulp cycle, the size of the hole can be adjust through pull rod.
When the impeller rotates, the slurry in the tank is suctioned from the bottom of the tank through the impeller blades. At the same time, the low pressure air pass the through the air duct, air control valve, hollow spindle into the air distributor of impeller chamber. After the air and the pulp are sufficiently mixed between the impeller blades, it discharged from the vicinity of the upper of the impeller. Stabilized and oriented by the stator, the pulp entire to the whole tank. The mineralizations of the bubbles rise up to the surface and form foam. The foam is scraped by the scraper into the foam tank, the pulp and then returns to the impeller zone and recycles
