YKMC-160 37KW Pulse bag dust collector dust collection system
YKMC bag house dust collector is a new type of dust collector with high efficiency at international levels. It combines the advantages of sub-room reverse flow and jet pulse bag house together, which over-comes the weakness of low strength of dedusting, the defects of cleaning dust and filtering which causes dust absorption twice for expanding the application range of bag filter.
The collector adopts efficient offline cleaning, which leads to high effectiveness, long service life of filter bag, low resistance, and so on. It is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry for purifying dust.
This collector is outdoor type formed by different chambers and filter bag in several kinds of types, which are 32, 64, 96 and 128. The diameter of filter bag is Φ130mm and length 2450mm or 3060mm. Discharging concentration could be less than 20mg/Nm³ if concentration of collecting dust is less than 1000g/Nm³. When outside temperature is less than or equal to 5-25 , the heating device should be installed.
