General Introduction
PVC Pipe Production Line
This production line is used for making PVC pipe including different types of diameters and thickness according to your requirements. Advanced technology of west Europe has been used in this line by our company and launched our own extruders, the series of SJSZ, with appropriate die-mould and auxiliary machine to directly convert thermoplastic especial PVC power into pipe. The main machine is SJSZ 65/132, SJSZ 51/105 and many other items to get what you want. The extruders are derived by A.C motor with a thruster to steepless regulate. It also equipped with the over-load protection and stoppage alarming system. The screw's core and the outside of barrel is cooled by circulation of oil, it includes vacuum venting and forced feeding.
